Payment Policy

​

I agree that the service call and minimum 1hr service rate is due upon arrival. If repair time exceeds 1 hour, you must agree to continue repair before repairs will be performed. If there is an unpaid balance upon completion of the repair, a mechanical lien will be placed on the vehicle until the balance is paid in full. Metro Mobile RV, LLC reserves the right to decline any service at any time. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Payment Policy terms and the terms outlined in the ‘Full Service Policy’ located on metromobilerv.com.

Parts Policy

​

I understand that Metro Mobile RV, LLC is not responsible for any delays in shipment or availability of parts. There is currently a nationwide parts shortage, and Metro Mobile RV has no control over when parts may arrive. All special order parts must be paid for in advance and will be shipped to you directly. Metro Mobile RV, LLC will submit parts warranties through the manufacturer, but does not assume responsibility or directly warranty any part. All parts submitted under warranty will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for all labor time associated with the installation of the replacement part.

Air Conditioner Policy

​

With numerous factors affecting the interior temperature regulation (outside temperature, insulation, BTU to RV square footage, etc.), Metro Mobile RV, LLC is not responsible for the customer's desired temperature in the unit upon installation. Air conditioner industry standard is 14-19 degrees between the location of the return vent to outflow vent. Metro Mobile RV, LLC can only guarantee that the air conditioner functions according to the manufacturer's specifications.

COVID (Coronavirus) Protocol

​

Metro Mobile RV, LLC employees are fully vaccinated, but still adhere to CDC recommendations. Customers are expected to notify Metro Mobile RV if themselves or anyone residing in the RV are experiencing COVID-like symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, loss of taste or smell). Metro Mobile RV will make every attempt to reschedule appointments to the earliest availability if cancellation is due to illness. Employees can provide proof of vaccination upon request.

Additional Service Calls

​

Any additional complaints that have not been mentioned at the time of booking are subject to a new service call appointment. Please request advice from your service technician at the time of your appointment. Customers are free to schedule another appointment for any additional complaints.

Extended Warranty Reimbursement Policy  

 

Metro Mobile RV is only responsible for submitting the paperwork needed for customer reimbursement and cannot guarantee your coverage will cover the full cost of Metro Mobile RV's service. The Service Call and Parts Policy applies to extended service call customers even if they are asking Metro Mobile RV to submit repairs under their existing extended warranty policy. Because of the nature of Metro Mobile RV’s service, Metro Mobile RV is not able to retain possession of a customer’s RV. Therefore, all special order parts, service call, minimum 1 hr. labor and diagnostic costs are due by the customer up front. Metro Mobile RV will assist in extended service call paperwork submission before repairs are made in order to give the customer an idea of the repair reimbursement according to the Warranty company’s coverage plan. The cost of service from Metro Mobile RV may not be the same as the extended service contract reimbursement. The customer understands that the cost difference between the repair cost and warranty company’s reimbursement is solely the customer’s responsibility and is due upon the completion of the repair.
